A College Springs (IA) man was injured in a wreck on Route 71 just south of the Iowa State Line in Nodaway County last Tuesday, September 29th. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2011 Toyota Sienna driven by Bryce Giesmann (39) of College Springs was pulling out of a private drive on the west side of Route 71 at around 5:12 pm. Giesmann traveled across both lanes of traffic and into a ditch on the east side of 71. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on its driver’s side. Giesmann received minor injuries and was taken to Clarinda Regional Health Services Hospital.
