On August 2nd, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Ezekiel O’Kelley on charges of DWI, No Insurance, Open Container, Speeding, and No Valid License.
On August 3rd, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Daniel Corrigan (36) of Ridgeway in Harrison County on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance, and No Seat Belt.
On August 3rd, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Brady Kelsey (25) of Diagonal on charges of Obstructing Prosecution or Defense, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Theft. Subsequently, additional charges were filed alleging Attempted Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Criminal Mischief. Bond was set at $2,000, cash only.
On August 4th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Felicia Potts (42) of Oregon (MO) alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident) and No Plates.
On August 5th, Interim Nodaway County Prosecutor David Baird filed charges against Leslie Prozzo (34) of Maryville alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).
On August 5th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Garrett Rauch (27) of Graham in Nodaway County on a charge of DWI.
On August 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Colton Baxter (21) of Blythedale alleging Property Damage.
On August 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Andre Bird-Pierre (23) of Lamoni alleging Assault (Felony). Bond was set at $5,000, cash only.
On August 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Jeremiah Searles (39) of Denver alleging No Valid License (Felony) and Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony).
On August 7th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Ronald Gibson (41) of Ridgeway in Harrison County on charges of DWI (Felony), No Valid License (Felony), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was subsequently charged on August 8th.
On August 8th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Josiah Brown (20) of Bethany in Harrison County on a DeKalb County Warrant for Failure to Appear (Traffic Violations).
On August 8th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Drew Wiederholt (17) of Ravenwood in Nodaway County on charges of DWI, Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident) and No Seat Belt.
On August 8th, Interim Nodaway County Prosecutor David Baird filed charges against Michael Prinkey (42) of Maryville alleging Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was denied.
On August 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Dalton Clemmons (23) of St. Joseph in Harrison County on charges of DWI (Prior) and Window Tint.
On August 10th, following a traffic stop, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Tiffany Buban (29) of Centerville (IA) and Cody Cole (30) of Centerville (IA). Buban was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Insurance. Cole was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (THC Wax) and a Probation Violation.
On August 10th, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Amos Nsabimana (39) of Wichita (KS) alleging Driving While Revoked and Speeding.
On August 10th, a Hopkins woman reported that someone had dumped three cats on her property.
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
