There are three new Coronavirus cases in Worth County this week, the Tri-County Health Department reports. There are now 14 total cases, and five active cases. Nine have recovered. Two people tested positive Saturday and one more person tested positive Monday. Out of all people who got tested in Worth County for the two week period from August 25th to September 7th, 13.8% tested positive. The state average is 8.8%, and the national average is 8%.
Gentry County has had 103 total positive tests. Out of those, there are 13 active cases, 81 recoveries, and 9 deaths. They had a 6.7% positive test rate.
As of September 7th, there were 94,340 total cases in Missouri and 1,659 deaths. There were 6,261,216 total cases in the US, and 188,513 deaths.
