Several Worth County players made the All-State roster this year for eight man.
Caleb Parman (Runningback) – Parman was the second Tiger in a row to win the rushing title, getting 1,964 yards in 234 carries. He edged out Seth McAfee (Orrick), who had 1,938 yards. He added 33 rushing touchdowns. No runningback is without good lineman to block for him, and Colton Wilmes received All State honors as well. He played with a mission on both sides of the ball, opening up holes for Parman and the rest of the Tiger backs. Dakota Auffert was Second Team All State. Caleb was also named as a Second Team Kicker; he routinely sent punts into the end zone.
Colton Wilmes (Defensive Line) – Colton had 9 sacks and 103 tackles for the Tigers this year.
Jaxon Anderson (Defensive End) – Jaxon was one of the most improved players this year for Worth County. He had 17 sacks, leading the league in that category. Despite his skinny appearance, he was able to bullrush and outmuscle enemy linemen; on one play against Pattonsburg, he bullrushed two bigger linemen and got the sack despite being double teamed.
Isaac Alarcon (Linebacker) – Isaac was a force on defense for the Tigers, getting one sack, 75 tackles, and two picks. He also had four defensive scores for Worth County, getting two pick sixes, a strip and score, and a blocked punt recovery as well as a safety.
Bryant McCord (Defensive Back) – Bryant, named to the second team squad, anchored a defensive secondary that led Worth County back to the state title game this year. He had one pick and 41 tackles for the Tigers. Bryant was also named Second Team Returner; he had three punt returns for touchdowns against Braymer.
