On November 30th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Zachary Tyler Watson (32) of Diagonal on charges of 1st Degree Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
On December 3rd, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Randy Randle (49) of Sheridan in DeKalb County on an Andrew County Sheriff’s Warrant for Failure to Appear on Traffic Charges, a St. Joseph Police Department Warrant for Failure to Appear on Traffic Charges, Speeding, and Driving While Suspended.
On December 3rd, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Nevaeh Matson (35) of Bethany alleging 12 counts of Passing Bad Checks (all Felonies). Bond was set at $10,000, with 10% cash approved.
On December 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Joseph de la Paz (37) of Maryville alleging Stealing.
On December 4th, Gentry County Prosecutor David B. Parman filed charges against James Smith (38) of Albany alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony), Resisting Arrest (Felony), and Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence. Bond was denied by Judge Ed Manring.
On December 4th, Worth County Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed charges against Christopher Shiflett (30) of Worth alleging No Seat Belt.
Abraham Schweers, 37, of Lenox was arrested on December 5, 2018 in the 100 block of West Ohio St in Lenox. He was charged with Driving While Revoked, a serious misdemeanor. Schweers is being held at the Taylor County Sheriff's Office on $1,000 bond.
On December 6th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Emily Berning (19) of Maryville in Nodaway County on a St. Joseph City Warrant for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. She was taken to the Nodaway County Jail, where she was being held on bond.
On December 7th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Anthony Shipps-Webb (28) of Gower alleging Interference with Custody (Felony). Bond was set at $5,000 with 10% cash approved.
On December 7th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Robert Tracy (17) of Maryville alleging two counts Domestic Assault (both Felonies) and Resisting Arrest. Bond was set at $20,000, cash only.
On December 7th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Tony Walton (35) of Guilford alleging No Insurance.
On December 8th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Brandon Hanaway (36) of St. Joseph alleging Property Damage and Assault.
On December 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Chaleigh Shade (24) of Chandler (AZ) in Harrison County on a charge of Speeding 105 mph in a 70 mph zone. She was taken to the Harrison County Jail, where she was being held on bond.
On December 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Demetria Wilson (34) of Karnack (TX) on charges of Speeding, two counts Possession of Controlled Substance (Felonies), and Armed Criminal Action (Felony). She was taken to the Harrison County Jail, where she was placed on a 24 hour hold. She was subsequently charged by Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer, who filed an additional charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On December 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Albert Ferguson (33) of Maryville alleging DWI (Persistent, Felony), and No Valid License (3rd or Subsequent Offense, Felony). Bond was set at $2,500, with defendant given leave to post 10% cash.
On December 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Seth Johnson (19) alleging Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On December 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Anna Eisceid (39) of Bedford alleging Stealing.
On December 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Ashlyn Smith (18) alleging Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.
On December 10th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Kristian Frisbey (19) of Blue Springs alleging Possession of Marijuana.
On December 10th, Gentry County Prosecutor David B. Parman filed charges against Kyle Potts (24) of Rosendale alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony) and Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway.
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
