Mardee Sadowsky Wins VFW Voice of Democracy Essay Contest

North Harrison student Mardee Sadowsky won the VFW’s Voice of Democracy Essay Contest for her district. She will represent her district at the state VFW Essay Contest this year. Her essay was selected by the Bethany VFW. Students compete nationally for scholarships and incentives. This year’s theme is, “Why My Vote Matters.”
