Obituary -- Dennis Puppe 1952-2018

Dennis Burt Puppe, 66, Hatfield, MO passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home.
He was born on November 30, 1952 in Grand Forks, North Dakota the son of Arthur and Bernice (Burtness) Puppe.

On December 28, 1999 he married Michelle Mularz in Little Washington, Virginia. She survives of the home.

Dennis served in the United States Army. He was a crop adjuster for RCIS for 14 years and was a livestock farmer. He loved raising his animals. Dennis and Michelle relocated to Eagleville in 2001 where he served on the Harrison County PWSD Board, was a past president of the Harrison County Cattleman’s Association, past president and Hall of Fame member of the National Tarentaise Cattle Association, he was a strong supporter of the North Harrison R-III FFA Chapter and Pawnee Peppers 4-H Club, and was a faithful community friend and neighbor.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald Puppe.

Dennis is also survived by his son, Travis (Wen) Puppe, Medina, MN; daughter, Cassandra Puppe, Blaine, MN; granddaughter, Autumn Puppe; sister, Alice (Brian) Waverly, Gladstone, OR; brothers, Harvey (Maureen) Puppe, Hansel, ND, Russell (Debbie) Puppe, Greensboro, GA; sister-in-law, Pam Puppe, Kansas; mother-in-law, Dorothy Mularz, Winter Springs, FL and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial Services with Military Rites will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19 at the First Christian Church, Eagleville, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Eagleville, MO. Inurnment will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
