Darlene Jackson, 94, of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at her home.
Darlene was born on June 17, 1924 in Barnard, Missouri to Nial and Alice M. (Buie) Wyatt. She was a 1941 graduate of Maryville High School. She was a homemaker and member of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
She married Francis L. Jackson on February 9, 1942. He preceded her in death on October 12, 1971. She was also preceded by her parents, two sons, Rick and Ron Jackson, sister, Wanda Gray and two brothers, Robert and Don Wyatt, twin granddaughters Holly and Stephanie Morin, great-granddaughter, Kenya Burns.
Survivors include her children, Sue (Richard) Burns, Maryville, Carol (Ron) Morin, Ravenwood, Missouri, Randy Jackson, Grant City, Missouri, Roger Jackson, Maryville, Missouri, Staci (Kirby) Leslie, Maryville, Missouri, Shelly Jackson, Sidney, Iowa; brother, Gary (Jean) Wyatt, St. Joseph, Missouri; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Tuesday, September 4th at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church under the care of Price Funeral Home, Maryville. Burial St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri. Rosary 6 pm Monday, September 3rd at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. The family will receive friends following the rosary until 8 pm. The family suggests memorials be made in care of the family.
