On June 30th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Mason Stiff (19), a homeless person living in Maryville, for Possession of Synthetic Marijuana (Prior Offense), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Prior Offense), and Littering.
On July 2nd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Cody Burden (24) of Barnard for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Prior Offense), and 2nd Degree Property Damage.
On July 2nd, Worth County Prosecuting Attorney Brett Hurst filed charges against Cory Farrell (20) of Grant City for Failure to Display Plates on Motor Vehicle.
On July 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Brandon Hanaway (36), address not listed, alleging stalking and harassing. A Warrant for Arrest has been issued.
On July 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Rickey Crowley (19) of Conception Junction on charges of Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Speeding, Operating Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility, and Displaying Plates of Another Person.
On July 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against DeSean Robinson (22) of Maryville for DWI, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, and Speeding.
On July 3rd, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Rick Clark (70) of Bethany in Harrison County for Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway and DWI. He was taken to the Harrison County Jail, where he was released.
On July 3rd, Worth County Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed charges against Kenneth Farmer (48) of Grant City for Possession of Synthetic Marijuana.
On July 3rd, Worth County Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed charges against Ronald Randle (54) of Sheridan for Driving While Revoked/Suspended (2nd or 3rd Offense).
On July 3rd, Worth County Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed charges against Michael Manion (52) of Gentry for Passing a Bad Check.
On July 3rd, Worth County Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed charges against Michal Worley (25) of Grant City for Passing a Bad Check.
On July 4th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Dillon Bennett (20) of Eagleville in Harrison County on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Minor in Possession. He was taken to the Harrison County Jail and released after a 24-hour hold. Charges were subsequently filed by Harrison County Prosecutor Cristine Stallings on July 5th.
Kyle Grindstaff, 52 of Clearfield, Iowa, was arrested in the 300 block of West 4th Street in New Market, July 3, 2018 by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Grindstaff was charged with Disorderly Conduct. While at the Taylor County Jail a search of his person recovered contraband. Grindstaff was subsequently charged with Possession of Contraband within a Secured Facility. He is being held at the Taylor County Jail on $5300 bond.
On July 5th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Simon Yerganian (20) of St. Joseph in Gentry County on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Careless & Imprudent Driving, and Failure to Appear on a St. Joseph City Warrant for Speeding. He was taken into custody of the Gentry County Sheriff’s Office, where he was being held on bond.
On July 5th, Albert August Rich (67) of Redding (IA) was arrested for an assault that occurred on 4th Street in Redding by the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department. Rich was charged with Assault and released on $300 bond.
On July 5th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Josh Mauer (20) of Maryville for Stealing.
On July 5th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Thomas Affuso (27) of Maryville for Stealing and Property Damage.
On July 5th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Larry Michael Smith (58) of Clarinda for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License.
On July 5th, Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice filed charges against Larry Miller (25) of Skidmore for Stealing ($750 or More).
On July 6th, Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice filed charges against Teresa Penkala (55) of Maryville for Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid (Prior Offense) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Prior Offense).
On July 6th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Dustin Ueligger (30) of Grant City for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License (2nd Offense).

On July 6th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Alicia Trotter (20) of Maryville for Driving While Revoked/Suspended and Failure to Display Lighted Lamps on Motor Vehicle.
On July 6th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Ehab Yassa (50) of Inver Grove Heights (MN) in Harrison County on charges of Exceeding Posted Speed Limit by 26 Miles Per Hour or More and Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway. He was being held on bond.
On July 6th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Kineta Keith (40) of Cainsville for Unlawfully Operating a Utility Vehicle on the Highway and DWI. She was taken to the Harrison County Jail and released after a 12-hour hold.
Curt Weaver, 54, of Bedford was arrested in the 700 block of Madison Street in Bedford on July 6, 2018 by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. He was charged with Violating a No Contact Order and is being held at the Taylor County Jail pending an appearance with the magistrate.

On July 6th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Trevor Hudson (24) of Kansas City for Possession of Synthetic Marijuana and Failure to Register.
On July 6th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Alan Bender (27) of Maryville for Driving While Revoked/Suspended.
On July 7th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Kasey McFall (20) of Bethany for Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway and DWI. He was taken to the Harrison County Jail and released after a 12-hour hold.
On July 8th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Cory Crawford (39) of Waterloo (IA) in Harrison County on a charge of Possession of Marijuana.
Eduardo Cantu-Diaz, 31, of Lenox, was arrested in the 300 block of North Pine Street in Lenox on July 8, 2018. He was charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault, Obstruction of Emergency Communications, Disorderly Conduct, and Interference with Official Acts and is being held at the Taylor County Jail pending an appearance with the magistrate. The Taylor County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Taylor County EMS and Deputies from the Adams County Sheriff's Office.
On July 8th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Steven Smith (36) of Burlington Junction alleging Domestic Assault and DWI.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
