Killed in the wreck was Denise Cynthia Smith (60) of Lenox. Injured in the wreck was Braxston Bradley; he was transported via Ambulance to Greater Regional Medical Center in Creston. Also injured was Justyce Bradley (9) of Prescott (IA); she was life-flighted to Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines. None were wearing safety devices at the time of the accident.

One Killed, One Lifeflighted in Head On Collision
One person was killed and another lifeflighted in a head-on collision in Taylor County Monday, June 12th at around 6:50 in the evening. The Iowa State Highway Patrol reports that a 2010 Ford Pickup driven by Zachary Edward Marxen (19) of Lenox was northbound on Yellowstone Avenue one mile north of J13, and a 2016 Challenger UTV driven by Braxston Bradley (10) of Prescott (IA) was southbound. They met and collided over the crest of a hill.
