Hopkins Picnic to Have Kiddie Parade

The Hopkins Picnic Kiddie Parade will be Saturday, July 8th at 11 am. Registration starts at 10 am and judging will start at 10:30. Ages are 12 and under. No horses, please, and if using an ATV vehicle in any category, it must be accompanied by someone 18 or older. Categories are:
1. Favorite Toys and Decorated Bikes.
2. TV Characters and Movie Stars.
3. Story Book Characters.
4. Favorite Singers or Songs.
5. Famous People of the Past.
6. Cartoon Characters.
The prizes are 1st $30, 2nd $25, 3rd $20 in each category and each participant will receive free ride tickets. They will also get free ice cream at the Community Building after the parade.
