Nathan Gregory Schottel, 43, of King City, MO passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
He was born September 16, 1973 in St. Joseph, MO the son of Donald T. and Sherrie L. (Huffman) Schottel.
Nathan worked as an arborist for Northwest Missouri Tree Service. He attended Renovation Church in St. Joseph, MO. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the beach.
Upon his passing, Nathan was an organ donor to many recipients in need.
Nathan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Kathy Rogers, Don Schottel, Sr. and Dorothy, and Leo Huffman.
Survivors include his daughters, Haven Schottel, St. Joseph, MO, Quinci (Trey) Pope, and Grace Schottel, all of King City, MO; son, Isaiah Schottel, King City, MO; wife, Tina Schottel; parents, Don and Sherrie Schottel, St. Joseph, MO; sister, Robin (Allen) Andrews, Grant City, MO; granddaughters, Lillian, Quinlynn, and Adleigh; niece and nephews, Kristen, Mitchell (Lauren) and Luke; and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and numerous friends.
Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 3 at the First Christian Church, King City, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, King City, MO. Burial followed in King City Cemetery, King City, MO. Memorials may be made in Memory of Nathan to his Children in care of Roberson Funeral Home, PO Box 153, King City, MO 64463.
