A Building Commissioner’s meeting was held Wednesday August 8th, 2012, 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Present: Commissioners: Dennis Downing, Debbie Roach, Bruce Downing, and Catherine Runde. Cathy James absent. Secretary: Ayvonne Morin, Bridget Gibson.
Meeting called to order by Co-Chair Dennis Downing. 5:30 p.m.
Minutes: Debbie Roach made motion to approve the minutes from August 1, 2012, Catherine Runde, seconded, motion carried.
Dangerous Bldg: Commissioner’s reviewed O & E document and letter from Building Inspector. Debbie Roach made motion to post property pursuant to section 505.060 #8, and notify property owners, Catherine Runde, seconded, motion carried.
A special meeting will be held September 10th, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.
Debbie Roach made motion to adjourn, Catherine Runde, seconded, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned. 5:50 p.m.
