29 New Positive Tests in Taylor County

On Sunday, the Taylor County Health Department and KMA reported 25 positive tests in Taylor County. Most of the cases arose due to targeted testing at a local employer. Of the 25 cases, 20 were between the ages of 18 to 40, four were between the ages of 41 to 60, and one was between 61 and 80 years old. On Monday, there were four more positive tests. Three were between the ages of 18 and 40 years, and one was between 0 and 17 years.

All new cases have been instructed to self-isolate. Contact tracing is occurring. If you do not receive a call from a health official, you were not exposed, and you are not at increased risk.
