Judith was born on November 15, 1939 in Bethany, Missouri to the late Harold and Morsedeane (Dale) Hereford.
She married Lowell Marion Mercer on August 8, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri.
He preceded her in death on November 23, 2003.
She was an EKG Technician for 35 years with the St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Survivors include her son, Billie (Tonya) Mercer of Ogallala, Nebraska; one grandson, Ross (Sami) Mercer of Ogallala and two great-grandchildren, Kinley and Emersen Mercer.
Memorial Service 2pm Wednesday, March 7th at Price Funeral Home, Maryville, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Inurnment Rose Hill Cemetery, Parnell, Missouri.
