A Clearmont man, Ronald Cook (23), was arrested by the Highway Patrol Sunday morning in Nodaway County for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in an accident, and felony DWI.
Jason Fitzgerald pleaded guilty in Associate Circuit Court Monday to a reduced charge of defective equipment. He was assessed $174 in fines and costs.
On February 27th, Prosecutor Brett Hurst filed a charge of Felony DWI against Donald Waldeier (53) of Grant City as a persistent offender. A warrant was issued on March 6th and bond was set by Judge Joel Miller at $2,500.
On February 27th, Hurst filed Felony charges of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device against Jeremy Young (41) of Corydon (IA). On Tuesday, March 6th, a warrant was issued by Judge Joel Miller and bond set at $2,500.
On February 27th, Hurst filed Felony charges of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device against Anna Hansen (33) of Sheridan. On Tuesday, March 6th, a warrant was issued by Judge Joel Miller and bond set at $2,500.
On February 27th, Hurst filed a traffic ticket against Jennifer Overholser (27) of Albany for speeding between 6 and 10 miles per hour over the speed limit.
On February 27th, Hurst filed charges against Gregory Carson (20) of Grant City for Misdemeanor Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License.
On February 27th, Hurst filed charges against Shana Land (26) of St. Joseph for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility.
On February 27th, Hurst filed charges against Jessie Cunningham (21) of Waterloo (IA) for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility, Operating a Vehicle on the Highway Without a Valid License, and Exceeding the Speed Limit by 6-10 miles per hour.
Charges listed are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
