Courthouse News for March 14th

On March 9th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested James Meek (54) of Blockton for Felony Driving While Suspended or Revoked (3rd Offense), a Felony Warrant from Worth County for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Lorezapam (A controlled substance), and Possession of Chlordiazepoxide (A controlled substance).

On March 11th, the Patrol arrested Aramina Flores (22) of Corpus Christi (TX) on a warrant for a traffic violation and for excessive speed.

Information is taken off the Patrol’s website. The above charges are mere accusations and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence.

Lawrence M. Charles failed to appear twice on a court summons. A warrant was issued by Judge Joel Miller and bond was set for $119, cash only.

Chad Behrens pleaded guilty Monday to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given two years probation and assessed $114.50 in court costs.

Charges against Cory Farrell of Driving While Suspended, Taking Wildlife with Use of an Artificial Light, and Taking Wildlife from a Motor Vehicle were dismissed by Prosecutor Brett Hurst in open court Monday.

Thomas Rathmann failed to appear on a show cause order and a court summons for operating without a valid license. Judge Joel Miller issued a warrant and bond was set at $357, cash only.

Dustin Ueligger was arraigned by Judge Joel Miller on charges of Operating Without a Valid License (2nd offense) and the court entered a plea of not guilty.

Michal Worley failed to appear on a court summons, and a warrant was issued by Judge Joel Miller. Bond was set at $84, cash only.
