Obituary -- Donald Pankau 1936-2017

Donald Dean Pankau, 81, passed from this life September 9, 2017, at St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, MO . He was born September 1, 1936 in Worth, MO to Roy Edward Pankau and Mavis Ida Milligan. He attended school at Oxford, MO.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Harley Milligan, Noble and Max Pankau and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his three brothers, Danny (Linda), Richard (Ladonna) and Joe (Lee) Pankau; also his wife of 52 years, JoAnna and the four children of this union Tyrone, Bradley (Lynn), Jake and Gina. From a first marriage he had three children, Benny, Janna and Lisa. Also surviving are his grandchildren Shayna, Kade, Sage, Jordyn, Austin, Kayte, Josh, Stephanie, Brittany, Zachary, Jacob, Morgan and Jimmy, and many nieces and nephews.

Donald was baptized into the Baptist faith. He was a past member of the Eagle's Lodge and Pickering Lion's Club.

Donald was a general contractor, teaching his sons his skills and knowledge. Donald was loved for his wit and wisdom and will be forever missed.

Visitation will be Tuesday September 12, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Price Funeral Home, Maryville.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 13th at 10:00 AM, also at Price's. It will be followed by burial at Nodaway Memorial Gardens, Maryville.
