NEN Boys Win Two Events at Stanberry

Dylan Mildfeldt won the 100 and Andrew Freemyer won the Javelin as the Northeast Nodaway boys posted 30 team points in Stanberry last Tuesday. The girls posted 10.

Breanna Coulter was third in the 100 with a time of 13.9. She was also fourth in the Long Jump with a jump of 14’11½” to account for all of the girls points that day.

For the boys, Dylan Mildfeldt came out on top in a crowded field that had all six of the top contestants finish within .6 of a second of the top prize. He won with a time of 11.7.

Colton Wilmes was fourth in the Shot Put with a throw of 39’2¼”.

Brayden Welch was fourth in the Discus with a throw of 105’3”.

Andrew Freemyer won the Javelin with a throw of 132 feet.

The 4x800 team of Ethan Adwell, Dalton Auffert, Nathan Schieber, and Kiley Deardorff was fifth with a time of 10:37.2.
