Senior Tax Board Meeting for May 5th

The Senior Tax Board met at 4:30 p.m. on May 5th at the Grant City Methodist Church. In attendance were Chairperson Pat Houts, Secretary Mary Kay Hunt, Barbara Rowe and Caroline Rush. Meeting was called to order by Pat Houts. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Financial statement was read and approved.
Debbie Rinehart was present to discuss progress with clients. She now has 33 people to clean for. There was a discussion to start a waiting list. Debbie was allowed to leave and the board continued the rest of the meeting.
By Laws were discussed. Pat Houts will talk to the Commissioners about needing more board members to abide by the by laws.
Caroline Made a motion to adjourn and Barbara seconded. Vote passed. Meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
