A food drive will be held from now through Wednesday, May 14th at all the of the post office locations in Worth County. Receptacles will be available for residents to drop off donations of non-perishable items in the lobbies of each post office. We would appreciate any donations as the demand for food has increased in Worth County due to rising fuel prices and other costs.
In addition, the Mission Possible Center will be participating in the Grant City city-wide garage sale on Saturday, May 10th from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A bake sale will be held outside the Mission Possible Center. Anyone wishing to provide baked goods should bring them the day of the sale or contact Brenda Parman at 660-564-3775 to have them picked up.
Please plan on participating in both the food drive and the other fundraisers to help the food pantry. Those who are unable to participate but who would like to give a cash donation can send checks to Mission Possible Center, P.O. Box 65, Grant City, MO 64456.
