Tina Deiter told the Sheridan Express Thursday that she will be serving as an attorney in Worth County after January 1st. She served as Nodaway County Prosecutor for the previous four years, and she will serve out her term until the end of the year. Before she served as prosecutor, she served as a defense attorney for the area, trying some cases, and served briefly as an appointed prosecutor for Worth County when there was a vacancy. She will be located on the north side of the Grant City Square where the beauty shop used to be.
