On September 1st, Judge Robert Rice fined Joseph Steinhauser (62) of Stanberry $1,000 plus costs for Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident) in Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court. The defendant had been convicted on August 4th following a bench trial.

On September 7th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Tanner Henry (38) of Albany alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony).

On September 8th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Jerrod Naze (25) of Grant City alleging Sex Offender Present at Carnival (Felony). Bond was set at $10,000, cash only.
On September 8th, Harrison County Prosecutor Michael Wulff filed charges against Franklin Wright (52) of Ridgeway alleging No Valid License (Felony) and Stealing (Felony). Bond was set at $15,000, cash only.
