Oaklynn Raye Miller passed away on May 5th, 2022, at Children’s Mercy Hospital at the age of 11 weeks and one day.
Oaklynn was born on February 16, 2022, at Liberty hospital to Melvin Miller and Ida Yoder.
She is survived by her parents and sisters, Jolea Renea (5) and Breanna Marie (4); grandparents, Merle and Liz Yoder, John Henry and Sara Miller; eight aunts, Sara (Steven) Detweiler, Irma (Bradley) Russell, Ruby (Henry) Schwartz, Mary (Rueben) Kurtz, Barbara Sue Miller, Fannie Marie Miller, Lorene Kay Miller, Rebecca Rose Miller; four uncles, Shaun Yoder, Matthew (Nora) Yoder, Ivan Lee Miller, and Karl Jay Miller; great grandparents, Melvin M.S. and Katie Yoder, Abie and Mary Hochstetler, and John Jr. and Laura Miller; and eleven cousins, James, Evan, Sierria, and Alayna Detweiler, Shane and Kennedy Russell, Mason Yoder, Andrew, Marcus, Matthew and Karl Kurtz.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Joe C and Lydia Gingerich and Elizabeth Miller and cousins, Sara Beth, Martha, Caleb, Fannie, and Elizabeth.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 8 at the Merle Yoder Residence, 25504 St. Hwy. 190, Jamesport, MO. Burial will follow in Shelburne Baptist Church Cemetery, Grundy County, MO. The family will receive friends Friday, May 6 in the evening at the Merle Yoder Residence and Saturday, May 7 anytime after 1:00 p.m. at the Merle Yoder Residence.
