Dance New Attraction for Sheridan Rodeo This Year

The Sheridan Rodeo has been set for June 21st and 22nd this year during Old Defiance Days. It will be held at 7:30 nightly, with nine championship events – Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, Calf Roping, Team Roping, Breakaway, Steer Wrestling, Over 40 Calf Roping, and Barrel Racing. The Grand River Rodeo Company will once again serve as the stock contractor for the event.

The event will be sanctioned by the IRA, the URA, and the MRCA. Admission will be $10 for adults, $5 for children 5-12, and free to under 5.

New this year will be the Rodeo Dance, which will be held at the Sheridan School House until 1 am on Friday night. Steve Fuller’s Dixie Union Band will perform.
