Three new traffic tickets were filed last week in Worth County Associate Circuit Court. Noah Palvick Edge (31) of Parnell was charged on May 2nd with not wearing a seat belt by Prosecutor David Baird. Trooper Maudlin filed a ticked alleging that at 12:18 am on Lyon Street south of 169 in Worth County, Edge was a passenger in a car without a seat belt.
Also on May 2nd, Marci Friedman (46) of Blockton was charged by Prosecutor David Baird for driving with expired plates. Trooper Sullivan filed a ticket alleging that Friedman was driving on 169 north of 46 near Grant City with plates that were expired in February.
On May 4th, Bobby Lynch (16) of Grant City was charged with careless and imprudent driving by Prosecuting Attorney David Baird. A ticket submitted by Trooper Farmer alleges that on April 5th on Route K north of 140th Road, Lynch operated a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.
