On November 1st, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Jeffrey Spicer Jr. (47) of Bethany alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony). Bond was set at $75,000, cash only.
On November 1st, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Sara Thurman (30) of Bethany alleging Harassment (Felony), Property Damage (Felony), and Peace Disturbance. Bond was set at $10,000, cash only.
On November 1st, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Nathan Brown (34) of Burlington Junction alleging Failure to Register as Sex Offender (Felony). Bond was set at $500, cash only.
On November 1st, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Wesley Parker II (40) of Maryville alleging No Valid License (Felony).
On November 1st, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Kody Kibbe (18) of Diagonal on a charge of Violation of a No Contact Order. He was being held on no bond until seen by a magistrate.
On November 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Cameron Smith (40) of Maryville alleging Stealing (Felony). An affidavit from Maryville Public Safety alleges that the defendant stole grocery items, personal care items, and automotive items from Maryville Walmart between July 22nd, 2023 and September 25th, 2023. The value of the items was estimated to be $951.
On November 6th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Paula Carey (47) of New Hampton alleging Failure to Comply with Halloween Restrictions for Sex Offenders.
On November 6th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Tyrone Rinner (25) of Ridgeway alleging Failure to Comply with Halloween Restrictions for Sex Offenders.
On November 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Robert Catron (60) of Bethany alleging Failure to Comply with Halloween Restrictions for Sex Offenders.
On November 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Shawn Steinhurst (38) of Bethany alleging Failure to Comply with Halloween Restrictions for Sex Offenders.
On November 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Jessie McIntosh (40) of Blythedale alleging Failure to Comply with Halloween Restrictions for Sex Offenders.
