On November 7th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Richard Deuel (47) of Bethany alleging Assault (Felony). Bond was set at $30,000.
On November 8th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Dillon Bennett (25) of Eagleville alleging Stealing (Felony). Bond was set at $15,000, cash only. An affidavit from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department alleges the defendant stole a portable Lincoln welder and trailer from Craig Pipe Company valued at $8,000.
On November 8th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Erik Witt (45) of Ellston alleging DWI and Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
On November 9th, Damon Shapiro (41) was ordered extradited from Harrison County to Johnson County (KS) on a warrant alleging Theft (Felony).
On November 12th, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Kody Bradley (30) of Eagleville alleging Driving While Revoked (Felony) and Resisting Arrest (Felony). Bond was set at $2,500, cash only.
On November 13th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2011 Ford F-150 driven by Cody Peery (18) of Albany and a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Cindy Marshall (46) of Albany were both eastbound on Route 136 in Albany at around 6:20 pm. Marshall attempted to turn left into a private drive when she was struck by Peery in the rear. Marshall received moderate injuries and was taken to Mosaic in Albany.
Charges listed are merely allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
