The Missouri Job Center-Maryville will not be offering in-person services for a while. The Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments’ contract for running the WIOA Adult and Dislocated Services programs ends June 30, and the contract will be under the auspices of St. Joseph Youth Alliance effective July 1, 2023. St. Joseph Youth Alliance is in the process of hiring staff to oversee the job center and the WIOA programs offered there. In the interim, there will be no in person services available at the affiliate job center in Maryville. As soon as staff is hired and trained, the Job Center in Maryville will reopen. In the meantime, for job search and unemployment assistance, please contact the St. Joseph Job Center, 2202 Frederick, St. Joseph, MO, or call 816-387-2380.
