Two people were injured in a wreck near Ravenwood Thursday at around 6:24 am. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2005 Ford F150 driven by Dameon Sweat (38) of Albany was westbound on Route O 1½ miles east of Ravenwood while a 2018 Nissan Versa driven by Mary-Brooke Steinbach (20) of Albany was eastbound. The Ford traveled into the eastbound lane and struck the front of the Nissan. Steinbach received serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. Sweat received moderate injuries and was taken to Mosaic in Maryville.
