Scott Henry was charged on December 17th with one count each of Driving While Revoked and Possession of Marijuana. Information filed by Prosecutor David Baird alleges that on November 17th, Henry operated a motor vehicle at the Sowards Ford Conservation Area while suspended and "acted with criminal negligence." Baird also alleged that Henry was in possession of marijuana. Both charges are misdemeanors.
An affidavit filed by Missouri Highway Patrol Officer Justin Johnson states that at around 11 a.m., he received a request from Missouri Department of Conservation Agent Brandon Liddon requesting assistance after he had stopped Henry, who he said was driving on Conservation land. While working the stop, Johnson stated that he located a bag of marijuana on Henry's person.
