On October 31st, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Taylor Gillespie (20) of Albany alleging No Insurance.

On October 31st, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department reported that someone stole a tire, rib, and hub off one of the speed trailers marked at 2490 180th Street in Ringgold County sometime during the previous two weeks. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office.

On November 1st, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Jesse Lukehart (30) of St. Joseph alleging No Seat Belt.

On November 1st, Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft’s Securities Division ordered Walter Vera and his company Metals.com to cease and desist after allegedly misleading 13 Missouri residents into investing $1.4 million in gold and silver. From Dec. 27, 2017, to Aug. 29, 2019, Vera and his company Metals.com, also known as TMTE Inc., allegedly advised at least 13 Missourians to invest $1.4 million in gold and silver through self-directed IRAs. Metals.com and its agents, which are unregistered in Missouri, are alleged to have engaged in scare tactics by claiming investors’ securities would lose value or that the U.S. economy would collapse, which they claimed made investing in metal safer. Prior to the sale of gold or silver, agents of Metals.com failed to disclose the risks involved with metals investments or the commission they would earn for the investment. The division ordered Vera and his company to show cause why they should not be ordered to pay restitution plus interest, civil penalties and investigation costs totaling more than $1.47 million.

On November 1st, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Tonie Guernsey (22) of Ridgeway alleging Driving While Revoked and Speeding.

On November 1st, DeKalb County Prosecutor Erik Tate filed charges against Kenneth Wykert (49) of Maysville alleging Murder (Felony) and Abandonment of a Corpse (Felony). The case was transferred to Nodaway County on a Change of Venue. He is being charged in conjunction with the death of Leah Dawson of Maysville in June.

On November 1st, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Joey Martin (43) of Kansas City (KS) alleging two counts Delivery of Controlled Substance (Felony) and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Felony).

On November 2nd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Dylan Welch (22) of Maryville alleging Domestic Assault (Felony).

On November 4th, Harrison County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer filed charges against Dalton Bloss (26) of Bethany alleging No Insurance.

On November 4th, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Tyler Randolph (18) of Maryville alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), Leaving the Scene, and Minor Visibly Intoxicated.

On November 4th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice filed charges against Roy Kunkle III (64) of St. Joseph alleging Assault (Felony), Burglary (Felony), Armed Criminal Action (Felony), and Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Felony). Bond was set at $50,000, cash or corporate surety.

On November 5th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Shana Land (27) of Sheridan in Worth County on a Worth County Warrant for Failure to Appear (No Valid License) and Driving While Suspended.
