Dale Rowe was born July 7, 1934 in Sheridan, Missouri to
Oakley and Anna Pearl (Barber) Rowe. He passed away March 8, 2016 in Maryville,
Missouri.
Dale graduated
from Sheridan High School. He was married to Barbara Ann Beattie on October 31,
1958 in Suffern, New York. To this union 5 children were born. Dale worked for
Southwestern Bell as a cable splicer. He was a member of the Southwestern Bell
Company Pioneers. In his retirement he worked on bicycles for Bikes For Tykes.
Dale is survived
by his wife Barbara of the home in Sheridan, Missouri, Children: William Rowe
and wife Joyce of St. Joseph, Missouri, Ramona Schneider of Sheridan, Robert
Rowe of Rosendale, Missouri, Gladys Rowe of Maryville, Missouri and Tina Land
of Grant City; brothers: Wilbur Rowe of Bedford, Iowa, Raymond Rowe of Phoenix,
Arizona; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Dale will be
sadly missed by family, friends and his dog Buster who was his best friend..
Funeral Services
were 10:30 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in
Grant City. Pastor Jeff Blaine officiated. Cremation followed the service.
