On January 30th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Tina Dieter filed charges against Martin Boyle (54) of Conception Junction alleging DWI and Failure to Register.
On January 30th, Nodaway County Assistant Prosecutor Amy Cloud filed charges against John Crowder (41) of Rosendale alleging Assault.
On January 30th, Nodaway County Assistant Prosecutor Amy Cloud filed charges against Joshua Schroder (39) of Maryville alleging Leaving the Scene, Careless & Imprudent Driving, and No Valid License.
On January 31st, the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri reported that Derrick Davis (22) of Lee’s Summit pleaded guilty to one county of Robbery and one count Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Furtherance of a Violent Crime) for his role in the armed robbery of a cell phone store in Kansas City in 2019.
On January 31st, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Paul Melton (39) of Leon alleging DWI.
On February 1st, Harrison County Prosecutor Alex Van Zandt filed charges against Richard Deuel (47) of Bethany alleging Domestic Assault (Felony). Bond was set at $25,000, cash only.
On February 1st, the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri reported that Jason Rowland (43) of Grain Valley was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison without parole on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. This includes a term of four years and nine months for violating his supervised release in a prior case.
On February 1st, the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri reported that Michael Becher (41) of Raytown was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison without parole for a $10 million conspiracy to distribute 1,000 kilograms of Methamphetamine and for a fraud scheme that utilized the stolen identities of Johnson County (KS) government employees to make fraudulent credit card purchases.
On February 1st, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2003 Ford Windstar driven by Kayla Drumheller (30) of Lamoni was southbound on I-35 at the 113.2 mile marker at 4:30 am when she went off the west side, struck an embankment, went airborne, and overturned. Drumheller received moderate injuries and was taken to Harrison County Community Hospital.
On February 3rd, Gentry County Prosecutor Jessica Jones filed charges against Michael Sprague (54) of Albany alleging Possession of Controlled Substance.

On February 4th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2012 Jeep Wrangler driven by Sage Scanlan (20) of Bolckow and a 2003 Chevy Blazer driven by Galen Gregory (72) of Guilford were northbound on Route 71 five and a half miles south of Maryville at around 6:26 am. The Jeep struck the rear of the Blazer, which went off the east side of the roadway, overturned, and struck a sign. Gregory and a passenger, Marsha Gregory (66) of Guilford, received minor injuries and were taken to Mosiac in Maryville. Scanlan was not injured.
On February 4th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Mauricio Padron-Garcia (22) of Bethany in Harrison County on a charge of DWI.
On February 6th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Richardo Tarango (41) of Coffey in Harrison County on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, No Valid License, Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, Assault, False Impersonation, a Jackson County Warrant for Possession of Amphetamine, and an Out of State Warrant.
On February 6th, Special Prosecutor Micha Lea Bewley (Dixon) filed charges against Nolan Hamilton (34) of Bethany in Harrison County alleging Non-Support (Felony).
On February 6th, Nodaway County Assistant Prosecutor Amy Cloud filed charges against Dakota Chesnut (27) of Bedford alleging two counts Domestic Assault.
On February 7th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Kayla Kemmerer (33) of Kansas City alleging Tampering with Motor Vehicle (Felony).
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
