A Maryville man was killed in a wreck south of Maryville Friday evening. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2008 Ford Fusion driven by Alexander Lesiak (19) of Columbus (NE) was southbound on Route M and a 2007 Chevy 2500 driven by James Boyles (88) of Maryville was eastbound on 380th Street. The Chevy traveled into the roadway and was struck in the driver’s side by the Fusion. Boyles was pronounced dead at the scene. Lesiak was not injured.
