Courthouse News for December 7th, 2022

On November 30th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested Tyler Brammer of Kellerton on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault (Impeding Flow of Air/Blood). Bond was set at $2,000, cash or surety.

On December 1st, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Amber Dorman (43) and Anthony Dickens (36) of Barnard alleging Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony). Bond was set for each person at $30,000, cash or corporate surety.

On December 2nd, Harrison County deputies responded to a report of a trespass in progress in Cainsville. Upon arrival, it was determined that a structure on the property had been broken into and items from inside were missing. Bryan Wolfe (31) of Cainsville was arrested in connection with the burglary. Bond was set at $50,000. Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed an additional charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Felony).

On December 3rd, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Jacob Zuidema (32) of Maryville on charges of DWI and No Headlights.

On December 3rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Corey Dimon (27) of Omaha alleging Sexual Misconduct (Person Under 15, Felony). Bond was set at $60,000, cash or corporate surety.

On December 5th, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Wake Larison filed charges against Robbie Osborn (17) of Grant City alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident).

On December 5th, the Iowa State Highway Patrol reported that a plane took off from Adams County at around 12:30 pm and crashed into a power line. The pilot was killed.

Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
