Danny Linn Jackson was born March 2, 1948 to Hale and Coyla (Dehart) Jackson.
Danny graduated from Grant City High School and Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. He served in the United States Navy from 1966-1992. He made his career as an Electronic Warfare Advisor while in the Navy.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Surviving are children: Robert Jackson of Bloomfield, KY, Martha Raney of Pensacola, FL, Sarah Rohret of Arnold Park, IA and Elizabeth Rohret of Ames, IA, 2 brothers; Buddy Lee Jackson of Grant City, MO and Michael Jackson of Omaha, NE and 1 sister; Barbara Jackson of Grant City and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City, Missouri. Military Rites will be performed by V.F.W. Post #3123 and American Legion Post #92 in the Redding Cemetery in Redding, Iowa following the service.
