White House calls yesterday's ruling on Affordable Healthcare Act "Judicial Activism."
The White House says that yesterday's ruling striking down the Affordable Care Act is a case of judicial activism. They say that most other judges have upheld it in other legal challenges. However, the problem is that the Supreme Court has a 5-4 conservative majority right now. Therefore, we think that the Supreme Court will at the very least overturn the portion requiring everyone to have health insurance.
