Heidi Beatty, Principal at Northeast Nodaway has announced the following fan and student expectations at basketball games.
-Be respectful at the game. We promote positive sportsmanship with our students and we expect the same respect from our spectators.
-Elementary students must be accompanied by an adult(s) at games and must remain supervised during the game. Unsupervised students will be asked to sit with their families. At no time should kids be playing in the hallways or old gym at home games.
-Clean up your area - lots of trash has been left on our “side” which includes drinks, food and programs. Please take an extra minute to clean up where you were sitting.
-Parking lot is busy all evening. With it getting dark so early, please ensure your students are in the building with you. Leave room for people to enter and exit the parking lot rows.
Failure to adhere to these expectations will result in students only being allowed to sit with parents and/or spectators asked to leave the game.
These expectations apply to both home and road games.
