On November 23rd, a fire broke out at 130th & Orion Roads near Sheridan. Fire units from the Sheridan, Parnell, and Ravenwood Fire Departments responded.
On November 23rd, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Larry Grose (71) of Osceola (IA) alleging Passing a Bad Check.
On November 23rd, Worth County Prosecutor Janet Larison filed charges against Jason Davids (46) of Cape Haze (FL) alleging Trespassing.

On November 23rd, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Everton Hayden (35) of Clyde alleging DWI, Speeding (20-25 mph over), Passing Vehicle on Right (Traveling off Main Portion of Road), and No Seat Belt.
On November 24th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Zachary Hellums (24) of St. Joseph in Nodaway County alleging Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Buchanan County Warrant (Traffic Violation).
On November 24th, Special Prosecutor Barbara Klima filed charges in Gentry County against Nathan Thogmartin (47) of St. Joseph alleging two counts Non-Support.
On November 24th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Robert Wayne Stewart (45) of Maryville alleging Child Abuse (Felony) and Domestic Assault (Felony).
On November 24th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Mohammed Abuoun (26) of Lee’s Summit in Harrison County on charges of Driving Commercial Motor Vehicle with Excessive BAC, Careless & Imprudent Driving, and Driving Commercial Motor Vehicle with Wanton Disregard for Safety.
On November 24th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Sharon DeFreece (65) of Ravenwood in Nodaway County on charges of DWI and Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway.
On November 24th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Rusty McClain (44) of Cainsville in Harrison County on charges of DWI, No Seat Belt, and Excessive Vision Reducing Material on Window.
On November 24th, Harrison County Prosecutor Johnathan Meyer filed charges against Trena Gage of West Des Moines alleging Passing a Bad Check.

On November 24th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department reported that a a vehicle driven by Carlea Schuler (26) of Kansas City was northbound on Route P27, didn’t see the stop sign at Route 2, and was struck by a vehicle driven by John Lambert (21) of Cedar Falls (IA). Both vehicles were totaled. Schuler, Lambert, and a passenger in the Lambert vehicle, Cynthia Fischer (21) of Dike (IA), received minor injuries. Schuler was cited for Failure to Stop.
On November 24th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Andrew Madden (17) of Maryville alleging Careless & Imprudent Driving (Accident), Minor in Possession, and No Seat Belt.
On November 25th, the Union County Sheriff’s Department arrested Isaiah Lovell (19) of Creston on a Ringgold County Warrant.
On November 26th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Anthony Bodle (32) of Maryville alleging Assault.
On November 27th, the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department arrested William Spencer Powell on charges of DWI (2nd), Possession of a Dangerous Weapon While Intoxicated, and Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $4,000, cash or surety.
On November 27th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Tanner Marriott (27) of College Springs (IA) in Nodaway County on charges of DWI and Failure to Dim Headlights.
On November 27th, the egg production facility at Clearfield caught fire at around 7:30 am that morning, Northwest Mo Info and Radio Iowa reported. The first was not brought under control until 6 pm that evening. One hen house was burned down, and hundreds of thousands of chickens died in the fire.
On November 28th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Ronnie Fuller (53) of Clarinda alleging DWI (Felony). Bond was denied.
On November 28th, Nodaway County Prosecutor Caleb Phillips filed charges against Will Fisher (29) of Sheridan alleging DWI (Felony).
On November 30th, the contents in the back of someone’s pickup caught fire on 136 about one mile west of the Mozingo Lake turnoff between Ravenwood and Maryville at around 3:30 pm. Missouri State Highway Patrol units responded.
Charges listed are mere allegations. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
