Lady Hawks Tie for Fourth at Stanberry

Gilman City’s girls tied for fourth at the Stanberry track meet Friday.

Khloey Sperry was fifth in the 400 with a time of 1:04.71. Tenley Griffith got a personal best in the 400 with a time of 1:14.47. Avery Gregg won the 800 by over 11 seconds with a season best time of 2:33.70. Paisley Taggart was fourth with a personal best time of 2:47.84. Avery Gregg won the 1600 by over 26 seconds with a season best time of 5:54.90. Hailey McClure was third in the 3200 with a time of 14:35.60. Alli Burke was fifth in the 300 Hurdles with a personal best time of 56.54.

The 4x800 team of Hailey McClure, Khloey Sperry, Paisley Taggart, and Avery Gregg won by 40 seconds with a time of 10:47.21.

Alli Burke got a personal best in the Shot Put with a throw of 7.54 meters. Khloey Sperry was eighth in the Javelin with a throw of 26.78. Khloey Sperry was third in the High Jump with a height of 1.55 meters. Alli Burke got a personal best in the Long Jump with a jump of 3.72 meters.
