Grownups Behaving Badly -- Bank Robber Says he was Trick or Treating

A bank robber went to the local bank in Troy, MO demanding money and wearing a mask. The bank president followed him outside and pointed a gun at him, holding him at gunpoint until the police arrived. When the police arrested him, he said he was only trick or treating.
