Heaton Pleads Guilty to Firearms Violation

 Lisa Heaton pleaded guilty in Worth County Circuit Court Monday to possession of a firearm while intoxicated. She will serve two years probation, serve four days in jail to be served on two consecutive weekends, and pay fines and court costs and jail keep totaling $254.50 payable $100 per month until paid. She must also undergo alcohol evaluation.
John Stephenson failed to appear to pay a traffic violation; a warrant has been issued.
Jeremy Huntsman pleaded guilty to hunting a deer with an artificial headlight on November 8th. He was fined $114.50.
