Carol Jeanne Fletchall was born June 5, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to Dean and Evelyn (Vito) Steele. She passed away June 16, 2011 at her home in Grant City, Missouri.
Jeanne was a high school graduate and attended college for 2 years. She was an assistant librarian for the Worth County Library. She married David Eric Fletchall on September 27, 1980 in Bethany, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2011.
She is also survived by her children: Joseph Lemus of Seattle, WA; Ted Lemus of Phoenix, AZ, Athena Lemus-Wilson of San Antonio, TX, Mike Fletchall of Whittlier, CA, Thad and Matt Fletchall, and Tara Fletchall, all of Kansas City, Missouri; brother: Michael Zornes of Phoenix, AZ; 4 sisters: Brenda Smith of Scottdale, AZ, Donna Blaylack, and Paula Rickels, both of Knoxville, TN, Janet Kuhn of Columbus, Ohio; and 11 grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were 3 sons: David Lemus, Tony and Tye Fletchall; and her parents.
A graveside memorial service and internment will be held at 1:30 P.M. Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Allendale Cemetery in Allendale, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City.
